multiple spfx custom extension in one site

is it possible to run multiple spfx custom extension in one site?

Yes, we could run multiple SPFx extensions in a site. I have implemented few of the Application customizers, command sets and field customizers to validate the different behavior in a single site.
It runs pretty well together.
