multiple lines of text (rich text) list field don't show in list property web partys (Sharepoint)

I'm trying to use the "list property" web part to display the full content of a multi-line text field (sharepoint list),
but when the field is set to Rich text, the content just doesn't appear in the web parts.
I´m using Modern page
