Modern News Webpart is showing only 8 items in a page

We also had the same the problem. Once we clicked on "See All" link, it doesn't paginate the contents instead we have to scroll down. 

Sajith G H after you have posted more than 8 news you should see an option "See all" on top right, please check attached image
