Lists - Create a new List from existing one with the data

We are interested in using SharePoint Lists to create and track process within our organization. For example create a List for "New Employee Onboarding" add to it the tasks and their owners. Then every time a new employee joins, create a copy of the list and its items to manage and track the onboarding process. We can see that there is a way to create a list from existing list, however that only clones the columns structure. Is there a way to clone both the columns and the data/list-items?

amisadeh no, you can clone the structure but not the data. For that you'd need to use a flow in Power Automate.
