List view column formatting not working correctly

I have a list view with non custom column formatting.

The formatting does not work correctly, see below

If I embed the list view in a page it does work correctly, see below.

If I refresh the list view when in the list about 30 times the view does eventually render correctly.  What is going on?

    Hi SteveHendy,

     

    Seems like a cache or small bug. Have you tried to create a freshly new view?

     

    And are you presenting the exact same view in the webpart on the page as you took the screenshot of in the list itself?
