Language Settings on SharePoint page

Hi Guys,

I have enabled language settings for my SharePoint page and when I go back to the home page and click on translations the wheel keeps spinning and the language drop down next to my English constantly spinning.  Has anyone faced this before and am I missing anything obvious?
