How to make "Show published date" default as "TRUE" right now it is "FALSE" in modern News Creation

Hi All,&nbsp;I have a requirement to make the "Show published date" default to "TRUE" right now it is "FALSE" when i create a new News page in modern site.&nbsp;See the screenshot below, can we do it OOB or using some PowerShell or by any custom way ?&nbsp;
