How to give List view access to only 3 members specifying their email ID

Hello Team,

I have a list which is for the HR Team, and we have restricted the access to a few members.

I want to create a ListView which should let only the HR Team(3 members) view all the records or list items inside the list. To all other, it must be blank.

How can we do it ?
