How to Format Text in PersonIterator? If possible?

I'm working on a company directory for SharePoint based on a List where one of the columns is "Person" (which allows linking contacts from Active Directory). 

I'd like to increase the font size of the name affiliated with the Person in a Gallery View Card (Personiterator). I have already increased the size of the image, but the name will need to be increased as well to make it look good! The text will also need to wrap for long names, like it does with the 'Responsibilities' text under the job title.

I have the sense that it may not be possible to use "font-size" or "word-break" features in PersonIterator type, but I wanted to throw this out to the community just in case I missed something! It would be so lovely to make this work!
