How to do create external content search in SharePoint Online. Like from other organizational websites content search from SharePoint Online. Please suggest any reference links.

But I am not able to see anything related to connectors on our Microsoft 365 admin center. What could be the reason? Any additional options I need in the Settings to have the connectors?

you must have an Global Admin or Search Administrator Role for your user, that you can configure Microsoft Search.
