How to delegate to another approver using C# in Sharepoint 2010 ?

Hi All,

I want to delegate approver in Sharepoint 2010 workflow using C#.
I tried "DelegateTask" and "DelegateAllTasks" functions in "Nintex workflow" but still can't work.
Is there any C# function that can delegate?

Could someone help me?
