How to Add Custom CSS or JavaScript to SharePoint Online Modern Page?

Hello, I want to add a CSS file on my SharePoint Online Intranet and I'm following this https://www.sharepointdiary.com/2020/11/add-custom-css-to-sharepoint-online-modern-page.html to accomplish it....

    dKayt You need to have site collection administrator (SCA) access on app catalog site to upload and deploy SPFx packages in app catalog site.

     

    So, try with SCA account once.
