How to access to a secure link of sharepoint online(NOT MY INDIVIDUAL) ,shared by other people

My colleague shared a sharepoint folder to me ,and I wan to control this folder by CSOM in a C# program, but failed linked.

The secure link of the shared folder like this: https://XXhk.sharepoint.com/:f:/s/JIM-ExCom2/EhFbuaoeYWJLk8NH4NvKGl4BuTFGNRuaR1BnOQitYSqOEA?email=xxx%40xxhk.com&e=dZvO6E

I can access to https://XXhk.sharepoint.com ,only can find those lists created myself.

So, any one can tell me ,how I can access to the secure link above ? Many thanks
