The customer's needs::

The customer wants a central place where the staff can go in and place their holiday needs.

Step 1 staff selects / sets the dates when they wish to have their vacation and they end up with status requests.
When everyone has stated their wishes, a responsible person should be able to go in and look, possibly adapt and change (in consultation with the employee) in order to then be able to approve and determine vacation / leave.

Thus, changes to the proposed proposal need to be managed. What can the dialogue with the person concerned look like?

Approved and established holidays must be communicated to staff.

In a view you should be able to see established and planned leave for yourself but also for the whole unit.

The customer today uses Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online and sees that this should be a good place to handle this process.

It should be clear to the staff about how they should do and what information should be stated in the application.

It should be clear to the person planning and approving the holiday how it should act and do.
