Having trouble with a URL with ?Mode=Edit on it

I'm trying to automate the changing of a Web part through Power Automate Desktop and I'm having trouble with a SharePoint URL not working correctly when I have ?Mode=Edit on it. It was working earlie...

I noticed this morning the first time I tried the URL with ?Mode=Edit--it worked. Subsequent attempts failed.
