sonisick I have also noticed same recently, SharePoint does not open page in edit mode if you open page URL with ?Mode=Edit directly in browser tab.

I think something must have changed from Microsoft end. So, you may need to change your flow in Power automate desktop OR try contacting Microsoft support team directly. Follow: Get M365 support - online support

  I noticed this morning the first time I tried the URL with ?Mode=Edit--it worked. Subsequent attempts failed.
