Get SPO Tenant Configuration Settings

Is there any way to extract all of the different configuration settings at the tenant level from the SPO Admin Center, i.e., external sharing, search, access control, etc?

I don't see anything available in the Graph and the properties returned by Get-SPOTenant are far from complete. 

My client is interested in having the baseline configuration documented so that future changes can be identified and managed.
