Get headings from Page and insert to Webpart

Hi! 
I've some pages with news.

And I want to make a webpart in which I will list headings in the form of links inside each page. 
How can I get these page Headings in my SPFx webpart to make them a list of links?
I would like it to look something like Microsoft training.

Only in my case, it would look like this.
