Kouassi_Juste why not build it yourself as I did for our IT Helpdesk System:

• Forms for the user to submit a ticket.
• Power Automate flows for the confirmation email, for saving the ticket to a SharePoint list and moving it to the relevant teams list after triage.
• Power Apps customised forms for the Support Manager to click a button to route the ticket to the relevant teams (via another flow), close the ticket etc.

All the Office 365 apps work beautifully together to do this.. We had over 25,000 tickets in the 4 years the system was live. It just needs a bit of work to set it all up.

There are lots of videos on YouTube by people like Shane Young which can help you get it set up.
