Error details: Error: SPFx loader is not present in the page.
We had a couple of internal users report this issue today using an SPO site they had no problems with before.
What is the SPFx loader, and how do we resolve it?

Is this consitently happening for the users that have this problem? Or does it happen every now and then for some users?

Are you using the latest version of the SPFx web part templates?

It looks like this might quite well be a bug in the framework. Adding an issue to the github projects migth be worth it.
Hi Pieter, we only saw this on Friday our time with one internal (E3) and two external users accessing the same standard online team site (i.e., not group-based or comms site), without any SPFx web parts (but see below). The E3 user reported this error, the two external users (out of 6 invited) could not access the site at all (which may be an unrelated problem).
We did create two SPFx web parts for another site but these were not added to this specific site. I'll investigate further with the users on Monday .
