Embedded PowerApps form with SPFX Application customizer

Hi All, 

I have requirement to embedded the PowerApps form with SPFX application customizer. I tried it but its not working. Could you please tell that is there any way where i can embedded PowerApps form with SPFX application customizer ? I have button (Feedback)on below screen of the UI page and when i click on that button, SPFX feedback form should open so user can submit it.
