demos.microsoft.com tenants and Display Templates

For quite a while I've been using tenants created on demos.microosft.com for development purposes.  Today I noticed that When I'm logged in with the Administrator account that I can't upload display templates. I can create fodlers but I can access request forms thrown at me when I upload files. 

Is this something that has recently been changed?
