Deactivate and Re Activating Workflows in Site Collection Features
I use SPD to create workflows for SharePoint Online. If I am on the SharePoint site creating an out of the box Approval workflow I noticed that the Approval 2010 workflow is missing. When I go to Site collection features it shows activated. A number of people online say that deactivating then reactivating this feature resolves the problem. If I do that will it delete all my SPD workflows I already created?
- To be sure of the side effects of this, just try it first in a test site collection. To my knowledge, if you enable / disable workflow features, your workflows should not be deleted since you have created just an instance of a workflow that is linked to a list
