Data Integration From SQL On premise data base to SharePoint online

We would like to implement an attendance system with SharePoint Online  . our check in and check out data is saving in SQL On Premise. Please advise how to take data  from SQL to SharePoint Online list and synchronize every changes in check in & check out.
