Customizing site usage reports
RomanRomych no there is no way to customize the site usage statistics. I agree, it's far too basic at the moment. There are several uservoice requests which you can vote for, for example at https://sharepoint.uservoice.com/forums/329214-sites-and-collaboration?query=site%20usage
What you could do (which we do on one site every week) is that every day a flow in Power Automate runs automatically and looks at the changes made to each document library, to all lists and to every site page. It then deletes the rows in an excel spreadsheet from the previous run and adds the new data in.

Is it possible that site owner can have the report of 180 without Office 365 Admin Portal access, I mean is it possible to do the changes so that the report time get added for 180 days also in viewers section.
