If you are experiencing issues with Excel Labs, which appears to be related to the Excel Add-in "Analysis for Excel" (AFE), and you are suddenly seeing a blank panel instead of the code or modules menu, there are several potential causes and steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check for Updates:
- Ensure that both Excel and the Analysis for Excel add-in are up-to-date. Sometimes, issues can be resolved by updating to the latest versions.
2. Restart Excel:
- Close Excel completely and restart it. This can often resolve temporary glitches.
3. Check Add-ins:
- Verify that the Analysis for Excel add-in is still enabled. Go to "File" > "Options" > "Add-ins." In the Manage box, click "COM Add-ins" and check if Analysis for Excel is listed and enabled.
4. Reinstall Analysis for Excel:
- If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Analysis for Excel add-in. You can do this through the "Add-ins" section in Excel Options.
5. Check for Conflicts:
- Other Excel add-ins or third-party software might conflict with Analysis for Excel. Temporarily disable other add-ins to see if the issue persists.
6. Repair Microsoft Office:
- Perform a repair of Microsoft Office. Go to "Control Panel" > "Programs" > "Programs and Features," select Microsoft Office, and choose "Change." Then, select "Repair."
7. Check Security Settings:
- Verify that your security settings or group policies are not blocking the functionality of the Analysis for Excel add-in.
8. Check Excel Trust Center:
- Ensure that the location where the Analysis for Excel add-in files are stored is added to the Trusted Locations in Excel Trust Center. Go to "File" > "Options" > "Trust Center" > "Trust Center Settings" > "Trusted Locations."
9. Check for Recent Updates:
- If the issue coincided with a recent update to Analysis for Excel, check the vendor's website or support resources for any known issues or updates.
10. Event Viewer (Advanced):
- For more advanced troubleshooting, check the Windows Event Viewer for any error messages or events related to Excel or the Analysis for Excel add-in.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, and especially if it's impacting your productivity or workflow, reaching out the support resources for Analysis for Excel might be the next best step.

Jul 21, 2016Stefan, top navigation will appear in modern pages, but only if you are using the default team site navigation provider - not the publishing navigation provider, or the managed navigation provider. We are working on a more full customization story for all modern pages, including the capability to build and host your own navigation controls on the page.

Can you please tell us when the modern pages are deployed in the first release tenants?
How can I build a published intranet in the modern pages?
What is when publishing is activated, how we can here the modern library experience?

Hi Tiran700 ,
You mentioned pushing the "MDM wins over GP" policy. Is it a co-managed environment with workloads shifted? Also, check the Windows Update policy on any one of the endpoints by checking the GroupPolicy it is getting and the configured update policies on it.
Best Regards,
Somesh

Note MDM wins over GP is not applicable to any Windows Update policies. You should confirm that no Gorup Policies are configured (Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate)
Additionally, it looks like you are using the Graph API to offer feature updates. What do the Intune reports say about Offer State? (Aka have these devices been offered the feature update)
