Convert Silverlight application to HTML 5 + JS

Hi

we have a large Silverlight application with Telerik controls (graphs and grids). We'd like to convert it to HTML 5 and JS (possibly using Angular as JS framework). Any options and suggestions to be aware for this scenario?
