Content Search Web Part added to a Wiki Page using PnP not displaying

I'm trying to add a Content Search Web Part to a Wiki Page using PnP.  It gets added to the page as I can see it using the web part maintenance page.  It just doesn't display.  Does anyone have any idea why that might be?

    Worth trying to add the webpart to the page manually just to confirm the correct features are enabled on the site.

    Hi Darren Parkinson,

     

    This could be a licensing issue. Which plan are you on and which license was assigned to the user in question?

     

    Could you try the same with a search results web part?
