Certificate error when loading a extension!

Hi 

I created an extension that works right if I am logged in with a O365 account in SharePoint but when external users open the site the extension crash giving me this message:

This may be a problem with a HTTPS certificate. Make sure you have the right certificate

Why is it happening? and how can I solve it?
