Can I use Sharepoint Open Source Project in OnPremise 2019 Version

Hi,

  1. Can I use SharePoint Starter Kit Templates (Community Opensource Project)  into On-premise SharePoint 2019 ?

  2. Why I am asking because if I see below, it is  saying online...
Connect-PnPOnline https://contosodemosk.sharepoint.com

      3. Question -  how can I  use this in on-premise 2019 ?

     Appreciate any guidelines ?

    You have to check in the project details if it's compatible with SP 2019 or not...SPFx support in SPO and SP 2019 is not the same
