Best Ways to migrate Classic pages to Modern Page

Hi Team,

 

We have the requirement to migrate from Classic pages to Modern pages.

 

What are the best ways to start and what needs to be keep in mind before start?

 

what are the list of webparts we can directly add from OOB, what are the Webpart cann`t 

If can`t what is the existing solution or Ways to implement 

 

your reply would be appreciated.
