Azure Function - PnP.Powershell stable version?

Hi All,

I am hoping someone can assist with an Azure Function I am using to provision sites using PnP.PowerShell. I am having a huge issue trying to find a stable build of PnP.Powersion 2.xxx that runs on Powershell 7.0.

Does anyone have any experience with this that can perhaps point me in the right direction?
