Are RSS Feeds Turned Off for the Government Cloud?

Trying to add USGS RSS feed to our incident response SharePoint and it will not accept the widget. I get the following error:

"Connectors have been disabled for client - SharePoint. Please contact your administrator."

I can't find any documentation anywhere but I suspect they don't allow RSS on GCC accounts.
