Approve or decline access requests from SharePoint API

I work on an application that aggregates requests from a bunch of services, one of them is SharePoint. I successfully manage to extract all the requests to access a file from SharePoint via Office 365 Management APIs and now I need to approve or decline this request inside my application. Is there a way to approve an access request using Microsoft Graph or SharePoint API from my application? (I have a resource group in Azure, and I am using Service Principle and Manage Identity.)
