Access the _layouts/15/ folder in SharePoint Online
Hi, I want to access the _layouts/15/ folder in this folder contains the listform.aspx I want to customize these file below sample url can't be open https://AAAA.BBBB/sites/xxxx/_layouts/15/listf...

It is not possible to modify the system files particularly from _layouts folder. If you want to customize the form, may be you can try using Power Apps in SharePoint online to customize the list form.
