A tenant to tenant SharePoint capability with cloud connector

Need a quick help, In sharepoint couldnt able to view the actual data when downloading content from different tenant, it apparently causing metadata and version history loss. Decided to create a cloud connector within 2 tenants in Sharepoint so it will be easy to view files without any loss.

Can someone guide how to create a Sharepoint connector for tenant to tenant configuration? Thank you
