-ExcludeHandlers fields in the Apply-SPOProvisioningTemplate Cmdlet

I just picked up the latest version of the PnP PoSh and when I use "-ExcludeHandlers fields" in the Apply-SPOProvisioningTemplate I'm finding that only the fields are applied and all other handlers are ignored. The switch seems to do the opposite of the expected.

Anybody else noticed this?
