leave Insider programme
I've never heard of a Dev. installed without the user's consent!
I don't work at Microsoft, so my answer comes from my IT experience.
Surely no one from Microsoft will fix it, unfortunately!
Thank you for your help for now I will go back to use the previous one which works fine unless I update. I will hold all updates so I can use my computer
Thank you again

unfortunately, if the Insider settings have not been removed, it is very likely that the update instance will reinstall the Insider version.
Please write in a few days how your Windows10 works (stable version)
- DR1952Jan 27, 2023Copper ContributorWell I explained that my email was not registered to be there and as it was not my fault or anything else I expected Microsoft to help me out as I am only a Pensioner

is a surprise for me, the first time I learned that Microsoft support can remotely perform a new installation of Windows (very interesting)
- DR1952Jan 27, 2023Copper ContributorThe kind lady from Microsoft helped me. She was absolutely wonderful.
I am back to my original Windows 10 and I will make sure nothing happens again - AnonymousJan 27, 2023

Information that your email. is not registered is a common error, but it results from Edge ,which does not correctly confirm your Insider account
Good luck
