Viva Insights Teams and Org tab

I apologize for the delaying in getting back to you. In order to configure settings within the webpage for Viva Insights you must have the admin role. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/use/user-roles#role-descriptions-and-access-levels 

It sounds like there may be some kind of bug on your end with role assignments if you have successfully applied the proper role to yourself and its not working properly. If you want live support please submit a ticket through the admin center: Get support for Viva Insights | Microsoft Learn
