Hi VI_Migration, that is a great question. I would recommend that your team gets comfortable using PowerBI and also develops experience analyzing large sets of data. Viva Insights is a very powerful tool that is grounded with data, your team will need to be able to understand what the data is saying, why that is relevant to your organization and how to act on the data to make informed decisions about how to change your organization's practices moving forward.
