Subject to the current retention policy, Workplace Analytics will retain processed collaboration data for a previously licensed employee, even after an employee is no longer licensed or has left the organization. This allows analysts to accurately measure historical norms, as well as to use historical collaboration data to understand patterns of retention and churn.
