Organization Data Update - Left users

Should I delete or retain the information of individuals who have left the company from organization in the organization data file? Jake_Caddes

    Hi esra760,

     

    I recommend removing those users from any future uploads but to leave them in your past uploads. Your historical collaboration data will take the interactions those users had while employed and categorize those collaborations more accurately if they remain in your old data sets. 

     

    Those employees who left should be unlicensed, so they are not treated as internal moving forward with any future collaborations they have after leaving the company.
