Is it possible to create roles aligned to a source in the ODF?

Hello, I have a client which organization it's on different countries, they want to have aso different roles for the analyist role in whic case they only can see some part of the data.

An example might be, they want Person 1 only see Countries in Europe, Person 2 countries in North America, Person 3 Countries in South America. This people are from Human Resources, so the people on this countries do not report to them.

Is it possible to create this kind of discrimination, and how to make it?

    I don't think this is possible in a single Workplace Analytcis (Viva Insights) tenant. It may be an option using RLS after taking the data into your own environment, or after implementation of a data lake solution...
