H VI_Migration, This does sound like a bug. In order to ensure proper traction, we recommend that you create a Microsoft support engagement using the following options:

Hi Dazza, yes we still have the issue. After a week we can't see Home Tab with analyst options and the reports.
I suggest:
- signing out
- clearing cookies, cache etc.
- opening a new browser window
Sign in and test. If you've already done this - then you might need to log a support request with MS... I can't think of any other reason that you're not seeing what you're meant to see
