SDS import and Syncing options

Hi, I tried to upload CSV with all the required information and the profile sync was successful, however I had few issues:

1. The student's profile(Teams and Onenote) got created before Teacher's profile.

2. The sync took at least  an hour to complete.

Also, I could not find any option to restrict onenote only creation as I do not want to create Teams for the users. Is there any option in SDS, where I could select what I want to create (like teams,onenote..etc) 

Any suggestions?
