Not all users are added to an existing team

I use SDS V2.1 format.
For some reasons not all students are added to a team. The profile expects that all users do exist in Office365, and the students exist in Office365. I can see them in the dashboard of SDS and they have a proper SISId (pic1).

 

They are listen in users.csv (pic2)

and in enrolment.csv with section 62. (pic4)

With every sync, there are no errors about these students of class. (only a warnng about the name of the team.)

But the student is never added to the team 

 

If I  create a new team (via SDS) this students is added to the team. And there are other cases were new students are added to existing teams.

 

Does anybody had simular problems. ( I never had this when I used V1 of SDS last year.

    Jos_Swennen I never used 2.1 files, but SDS only implements differences. If the student was also in the previously uploaded set, then there is no difference and the student will not be added. 

     

    You can use a Reset Sync to implement a full data set, not only differences. But I always try to avoid that, because e.g. if you purposely deleted teams created by SDS, they also will be recreated. Other option is to remove the student from the CSV's, sync that set and then upload the CSV's with the student again added. Maybe that helps.
