Microsoft Learn data

Hi. Wondering if you could help me 🙂 We are a big college where we employ thousands of lecturers. We need to see data from Microsoft Learn- how many badges people have , how is ME, MIEE etc. We are unable to ask lecturers individually as it would take us forever. How can we pull the data from MS LEarn?
