Change the start of School Data sync

We are having issues where are sync is taking a very long time and is interfering with the end users ability to use Classroom Notebook.  Is it possible to change the time that the sync starts at (ex. start every night at 9 pm)?

    Having same issues with CSV uploads, taking nearly 2hrs for "Stage 1 of 5: Validating data" on a school with 1000 students.

    It depends on what you are syncing. If using PowerSchool API, you can customize it that way. If you are using CSV files, you can use the SDS Toolkit to schedule the sync.
