Cascading of Results
My company started to leverage Broader Team Insights, allowing managers direct access to their team's results in the Glint platform. I recommend checking out Broader Teams Insights, we found this approach allowed managers to obtain information they felt empowered to act on without providing access to everything.
We still facilitate formal C-Suite presentations and Town Hall sharing events, but now managers don't have to wait for information to move through their hierarchy. We also restrict comments to a smaller audience, but may evolve here as well.
Overall, this is the right direction for my company. Managers find the Glint dashboard easy to navigate. Our challenge has been developing managers to feel confident having ACT conversations and processing negative feedback. To support this change, we built our own training modules prepared the HR team to coach managers.

Thanks for sharing these insights! We had considered using BTI, but learned that it would grant live access to all user roles simultaneously. Since we're not yet ready to open results to everyone at once, we decided to hold off for now.
We also face challenges with managers taking action—especially when other priorities compete for their attention. This often leads to survey follow-up being deprioritized.
In our recent survey cycle, we tried a new approach: rather than having HRBPs or the program manager (me) communicate results directly, we equipped HRBPs with tools to support their leaders in owning the results-sharing process with their teams. We're focusing on our C-suite leaders to lead the conversation within their BUs around scores and action items. This shift—from HRBP-led to leader-led communication—has the potential to drive more meaningful engagement and accountability downstream.
