Jeremy_Carnes the previous answer (AI-generated I think) is not correct as the trigger is wrong; you don't want it to trigger when a new file as created, you want it to trigger and create a SharePoint list item when a new row is added to an Excel table. There isn't a trigger for that yet so I would use a recurrence schedule trigger set to run every hour for example and have a column in the spreadsheet for whether the row is new or not new and get the flow to add only new items into the list then update the row to not new.
